Messages you submit for analysis may be processed by third-party AI providers. When Incognito Mode is enabled, messages are not stored. By using this service you consent to this processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Word Guard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
