Privacy information
Updated 11 October 2026. Word Guard Pro is intended for users aged 16 and over. AI output is fallible guidance, not proof of intent, a diagnosis, emergency assistance or guaranteed protection.
Information processed
The service processes account information, your age confirmation and AI consent, messages and context you submit, generated results, contacts, settings and notifications. Optional audio, screenshots and identity-document features may process uploaded files. Subscription and connected messaging features also process payment references and phone information.
The Analyzer keeps a result on screen until you choose to save it. Other analysis tools may save results automatically. Excluding original message text does not make a result anonymous: explanations and recommendations can reveal or quote submitted content. Local Wingman preferences and memories may remain in browser storage.
Cloud services and access
AI processing is not exclusively on your device. Submitted content is sent through Base44 to its AI processing services. Base44 hosts app records and authentication. Stripe processes web payments; Twilio and any enabled messaging providers process communications for those features. Configured error reporting may send technical error details to GitHub.
Account access controls restrict records in the app, but operators and infrastructure providers can have technical access. We do not promise that all data is inaccessible to administrators, fully anonymised, never logged or never retained. Provider-specific training, backup and retention terms still need confirmation; no zero-retention or no-training guarantee is made.
Consent and your choices
Age confirmation and AI-processing consent are required for the protected AI journey. You may withdraw consent and access history, export and deletion controls without accepting AI processing again. Withdrawal blocks new processing through the central analysis and SMS/WhatsApp gates, but does not recall requests already sent. Legacy AI integrations are still under review.
Manage consent, history or request account deletionPrivate-mode and local-memory switches are feature-specific; they are not a guarantee of no cloud processing or no storage across every tool.
Retention, export and deletion
Analysis retention may be set to 30, 90 or 180 days, or kept until you delete it. Scheduled removal is not immediate and its operational coverage still requires verification. The history export contains analysis records, not a complete account export or uploaded-file archive.
Deleting history removes analysis records and notifications from the active app database. It does not establish deletion of uploaded files, backups, downloaded exports, payment records, carrier records or AI-provider copies. Deleting a contact is not a guarantee that related records are erased. Exact external retention periods have not been verified.
Account deletion is currently a manual operator request. The request does not remove the account immediately, erase uploaded files or cancel billing. File erasure and provider retention must be addressed separately before complete deletion can be confirmed.
Privacy requests and release status
Signed-in users can submit an account deletion request through the controls above. The operator can review those requests. A verified operator contact and a deletion-request route for people unable to sign in are still required before store submission.
Android billing, uploaded-file deletion and the full privacy/security review remain release blockers. This notice does not claim Google Play approval or completed compliance certification.
